MOST REV. GABRIEL Abegunrin has reconstituted the Board of Management of Our Lady of Apostles Catholic Hospital, Oluyoro, Ibadan.

The formal inauguration of the Board took place on Wednesday, 21st March, 2018 at 5pm at the Board Room of the Hospital.

In his opening remarks, the Archbishop noted the standard that characterizes Catholic Health Institutions and for which Oluyoro hospital the Archbishop said the Catholic Church is known over the years. In the management of her hospitals is driven by genuine care and concern for the sick but never for profit. He commended the management of the hospital for keeping her standard in the absence of the Board.

The newly appointed Chairman of the twelve-member Board, Prof. Michael Asuzu, appreciated the Archbishop on behalf of others for the trust reposed in them. He pledged their loyalty and commitment to keep the standard of the hospital soaring during their tenure term. Their appointment of members of the Board takes immediate effect.

The Archbishop expressed delight at the profile of the members of the Board noting that their track record in the health profession is phenomenal. He further urged members of the Board to make their experience and expertise count in the administration of the hospital. He expressed confidence in their professional competence and promised his availability for consultation and counsel on any matter bothering on the management of the hospital.

Our Lady of the Apostles Catholic Hospital, Oluyoro, located at the Oluyoro, Oke-ofa area of Ibadan, provides both primary and secondary health care and is renowned for her standard and affordability.
